Service DECLINED slightly
unreliable e-butler inconvenient hours
I have stayed here before. It seems things are slipping a bit. The "e-butler" service via WhatsApp was REALLY unreliable. I even wondered if it was just a chatbot and NOT a real person. sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm. This is inconvenient because few people are ready by 5pm.

the grounds are immaculate, with beautiful arabian architecture everywhere. the beach has iconic views, and i enjoyed easy access between hotels and restaurants. helpful staff.).
the villa sundowner hours changed to 5pm-7pm, it was slightly inconvenient for my schedule.

i found breakfast at arboretum very good with numerous options available, and the resort had many restaurants. i enjoyed meals at pierchic and al nafoorah (both were real treats!). the food across the resort is another standout feature.

the location provided easy access to the souk and other areas. being reasonably near the airport was convenient (very important when you're eager to start your vacation!). the well-kept canals and gardens enhanced the overall experience.

the complex was clean and very well maintained, offering a peaceful getaway. abra boats provided a magical way to move around the resort, and i found the pools to be a great addition. the beach was amazing.

really good hotel
comfortable bed relaxing walk
The rooms are beautifully designed. spacious and super clean, i appreciated the comfortable bed, it made it easy to unwind after long days out in the city! the surrounding areas were quiet and beautifully maintained. It was perfect.
beach service had issues! frequently i had to chase for items and to ask for the parasol to be opened so as to not be sitting under the blazing hot sun.

The staff were warm. Cute and genuinely helpful! our butler were very good too ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Restaurant recommendations were spot-on.
